At Dave's Guitar Shop, we want you to be completely satisfied with your gear. If your new instrument isn't the perfect fit, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Contact our support team via email or phone to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and a prepaid shipping label.

  Pack Your Gear

  Carefully place the item in its original packaging, ensuring all accessories, manuals, and tags are included to avoid restocking fees.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the instrument's condition, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 3-5 business days.
